XJY series incinerator adopts the most advanced combustion mode of primary pyrolysis gasification + surround wind mixed combustion + secondary incineration + burnout treatment A secondary combustion burner and a circumferential air feed are arranged in the secondary mixed incineration chamber. At high temperatures, the combustible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned, and the gas produced by the gasifier can be fully mixed with the air to burn efficiently, preventing the carbon in the gas flame from overflowing and the occurrence of late burning. When the flue gas enters the high temperature burnout chamber, due to the use of tangential entry and tangential entry of combustion-supporting air, the flue gas can be fully burned again in the burnout chamber at the same time the use of rotating airflow for flue gas dust removal, the residence time of the incinerator flue gas in the furnace is about 2 seconds, so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustible matter in the fly ash are completely incinerated. The upper part of the incinerator is equipped with dry tail gas purification equipment to adsorb hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides produced in the incineration, and the odor and other components in the flue gas are decomposed at high temperature. The flue gas purification system is equipped with calcium hydroxide filter brick and acid gas for neutralization reaction, to achieve the purpose of adsorption of acid gas and purification of tail gas, to achieve smokeless and tasteless.

1. The main body is fastened with the steel wire rope ring and then hoisted to the installation position of the equipment by the crane.

2. The flue gas purification room shall be fastened with a steel wire rope ring and then hoisted to the upper part of the incinerator by a crane. Pay attention to the positive mark, press 2-3 layers of asbestos tape at the joint of the flange, and then tighten evenly with bolts.

3. After the flue gas purification room and the main body are fastened, the chimney is hoisted. Chimney is fastened at ground mark butt. Then use the crane to lift the installation, docking with the flange of the flue gas purification chamber according to the mark, and fastening with bolts.

4. air duct installation: because the air duct of each incinerator is not interchangeable, attention should be paid to the installation number.

Second, fan, burner installation

The fan is secured by four M4*15 bolts according to the interface interconnection. Then the electrician connects the electric wire according to the cable number, and ties it with insulation tape and binding tape.

Put the asbestos pad on the burner interface above the incinerator door, then fasten it with 4 M10 bolts and insert it with the special connector.

Three, oil circuit installation

After the burner is installed, connect the two oil pipes configured by the original machine. Then connect with the yellow fuel pipe of the furnace body, wrap 5-8 layers of raw material belt on the thread before docking, and then tighten it with a wrench.

At the heart of the XJY system is the primary combustion chamber's gasification technology, operating between 200℃ and 400℃. This prevents waste from forming frit, slag, or sintering during incineration. Compared to direct combustion furnaces, this significantly reduces dust generation.

In the secondary mixed incineration chamber, high temperatures, specialized burners, and circumferential air supply ensure combustible gases burn completely and efficiently. This prevents carbon escape and late burning.

Flue gas then enters the high-temperature burnout chamber. Tangential entry for both gas and combustion air creates a rotating airflow. This maximizes burnout time (approx. 2 seconds residence), fully incinerating remaining combustibles and aiding dust removal.

Finally, our integrated dry tail gas purification system adsorbs hydrogen chloride and sulfur oxides using calcium hydroxide filter bricks. High temperatures decompose odors. This ensures emissions meet or exceed national standards like GB18484-2001.
